PMP stands for Personnel Management Professionals. As the name indicates, our mission is to provide the best human and labor management solutions to meet customer needs. Since our foundation in 1994, we have supported foreign affiliates in Japan as well as Japanese companies by providing the latest accurate information on HR policies and labor management in response to their business needs and environment. In recent years, implementation of global standards has become key even in Japanese enterprises. The way foreign affiliates operate in their home country may differ from how they operate here in Japan in terms of labor law or customs. Our advice has successfully helped customers to accommodate the differences and to localize and implement the most effective method in each company at each stage. We are also happy to see that our business experience has now begun to attract the attention of Japanese companies as a new solution means for human management.
