Our hotline is a quick response service supporting our clients by answering questions about day-to-day HR and labor management issues or concerns.

PMP answer questions on the spot. For example, ‘What should I do when/if’

  • We receive a claim from a candidate that the questioning during the interview was inappropriate.
  • We want to terminate the contract of an employee who is under a probationary period.
  • Staff does not qualify for the current position due to lack of necessary skills and ability.
  • An employee is taken to the hospital by ambulance during lunchtime.
  • We receive a recommendation for corrective action from the Labor Standards Inspection Office and need to act immediately.
  • I want to apply for exemption recognition for a previous notice of dismissal.
  • We want to hire a contract employee. Is there anything we should be aware of ?
